Acceptable use
By using HumanDesign.AI Pro you agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service or other practitioners' work.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Payments
Payments for your offerings are processed through your own connected Stripe account. Platform fees and your subscription terms are shown at the point of purchase.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content, reports, and sites you create. HumanDesign.AI Pro retains ownership of the platform and its underlying technology.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HumanDesign.AI Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HumanDesign.AI Pro operates. Any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.
